Profile says ships 3-4 days once payment cleared, 18 days later still waiting for shipment, contacted them for info and that ask me for car make and model, asked for refund and was complicated, had to get refund from eBay directly. Not professional at all!!!

I ordered item feb27th with wrong address, cancelled order 5 minutes after placing order.I reordered same item to accurate address. Cancelled Order stated that cancellation request was pending for the following 4 days. After 4 days order stated that item cannot be cancelled. Ebay advises that can be returned after delivery. Order also states that item cannot be returned. Today is the 5/5/2023 and item has not even been shipped. What is going on. Why cant I get? And if I was to have received item
