Sent me an incorrect order (wrong age, didn't do personalisation I requested), did not respond to resolve despite me trying to do so with them. So now out of pocket with incorrect item with no means to sort with them...

We did reply to your message and did send the cake topper with the correct personalisation as I double checked the information you sent. The only thing is you wanted the wording different and we couldn't do this and I wasn't discussed prior to ordering.
