Disc arrived with punctured and damaged artwork inside the case. The disc also had many scratches and scuffs on it. Disc were nowhere near the very good condition as described in the item description.

Unfortunately the damage was caused by the shipping company. The item was shipped as listed with genuine pictures. We paid a full refund to the customer and offered and to ship another DVD of equal value for free, even though the damage was not caused by our team.
