Having an in Japanese Heritage clothing & accessories, but have never purchased directly from Japan. I’ve always been slightly nervous and wary about how this would work. However this purchase of a Porter-Yoshida bag, was absolutely unbelievable. Fantastic, honest and quick responses to communication. The item was described accurately. The delivery was unbelievable. Sent through FedEx. Sent on a Tues morning and recieved Fri of the same week. Japan to England. All tracked on the FedEx App 🙏
