The beads are nice-enough, but not what they were advertised as being. It is very clear that the color in photos was manipulated to appear red. My request for a partial refund was refused. The seller did not address the color issue at all. He just argued with me about my dissatisfaction, and said I could return the beads (though there is a stated "no returns" policy). He offered "AAA Quality Red Coral"—but sent me common orange coral beads. And now he says I am the scammer, which is laughable. An honest seller would agree to give me a partial refund. This seller prefers to lie about our exchange and say it's my fault, and I'm 'the bad guy.' But the seller is the crook—and this honest feedback will persist. Be forewarned before you buy anything from this company.
