- i***i (8)- 買家留下的信用評價。過去 1 個月購買已獲認證I use very little sugar in my diet but wanted to try this as allulose is said to have metabolic benefits (watch Dr Ben Bickman on YouTube if you are interested). My experience using it is that spoonful for spoonful it is not quite as sweet as sugar but has no aftertaste, which many other sweeteners do - at least they do for me. It is outrageously expensive and there is no way I would think about using it if I required regular sweetening of my food despite its touted health benefits.
