Even considering lighting, camera etc. the colour of the shawl is very different to the one I ordered! Disappointed!!

Equally disappointing experience!Customer never contacted me to let me know she was dissatisfied, nor did she answer my messages to try to resolve the issue. I would have been more than happy to make things right by refunding her. I sent her a free bonus orange scarf in addition to the yellow scarf that she purchased. Maybe that is why she didn't like the color and was confused? I will never know because there is zero communication from the buyer!
