I purchased my pump from this company thinking I was dealing with a rebuilder who understood the business.This co sells the product from another co. When the product failed to work when delivered this co. could not help me, instead they told me I had to return it to the other co and would not help me. I lost business.I would run not walk from doing business with this co.

seller sends me a offer for the item, which i accepted and paid for, then the seller cancelled the order(seller's remorse?)without any explanation; i would pass on this seller in the future.

Note: reason seller gave to e-bay for cancellation: "seller had to cancel your order due to the following reason: Buyer asked to cancel the item(s) in this order". This is a complete lie! I never requested cancellation. Again, another reason I would not purchase from the seller in the future.
