The item was definitely a fake. The straw was too small, the logo placement was off and did not match the actual logo. The lid did not screw on properly. These are all indicators of a fake Stanley. I opened it after the return period and let the seller know. They were extremely rude and threatened to report me to eBay. I wasn’t expecting an exchange, just notifying them before reviewing. They were combative and obviously don’t care about their customers.

We had no intention to be rude, just pointed out the item appeared genuine and they passed the return period by much. That escalated from there. We gladly refund within the 30 days period, but not after that.
