Please could you help us with the tax receipt and we will ourselves reach out to eBay on our side too. The only information we have on EU VAT has been sent to you and the same link says that postal operators might charge additionally.
We as buyers do not have this information unfortunately.
Please open a dispute with eBay and your postal operator and we will help as necessary.
