YasuJTC is the perfect blend of customer service-preowned quality products and super fast shipping.
At first, I had hesitation buying a pre- owned Tumi briefcase. Is it clean? Do all the zippers work etc. All my concerns were laid to rest after communicating with Yasu.
I just received my briefcase and it looked better then the pictures- Visual inspection was exactly what YASU had told me. The briefcase arrived way ahead of time- was professionally packaged and I couldn't of been more pleased!!
