The seller sent me the wrong colour vase when i contacted her, she told me to return the item and she would pay for postage then sent the correct colour. After 2 weeks she finally repiled to my email saying she did NOT receive the vase, yet when I tracked the vase it stated she not only receive the vase she signed for it. I was given a refund for the vase, but she ignores my emails for payment for my refund. Before you purchase from this seller Please Please check her feedback status.

Hi, I would just like to confirm you received a lighter grey donut vase but you requested to exchange it for a darker grey, I offered to cover the cost of returns postage. Unfortunately, I then had covid so I was out of the office for 5 days and unable to reply to messages or issue any refunds. I am sorry about this.Thanks, Sophie

Item never dispached never mind received!! Bought the item 12 days ago!! Seller blanked my messages when asked for a refund. Wouldn't care, I had item in my watched items and seller sent me a offer so I accepted. Wish I had of checked sellers feedback as this isnt the first time this has happened!! Avoid!! Avoid!! Avoid!!
