I am very happy with this item & from the seller. very speedy & nice follow up communications to make sure all was as it was supposed to be. Delighted with my new 5.0 litre Zojirushi hot water dispenser. This is replacing my smaller/older one that I have had for 16 years. The new hot water dispenser arrived 4 days after it was dispatched by the seller - from Japan, which was brilliant. It has been in use (after doing an initial rinse) since its arrival & is a big step up from my older version.

The watch did not come in the advertised box which was disappointing as it was for a gift. The watch was brand new and in a heavy cardboard Citizen watch box however. Shipping was as promised and it did have all the normal stickers on the band and the watch face.
