We are from Wisconsin and purchased an Amy Delux hookah from this seller. To our great regret, the flask broke on the way, but as it turned out this was not a problem. The seller showed extraordinary politeness, empathy and efficiency! The next day another flask was sent to us. Together we resolved the issue with both local and USPS mail regarding damages. Luckily the other flask arrived safe and sound. Now we enjoy a wonderful hookah and of course recommend this store. Glory to Ukraine !
