Design does not work steel bass strings supposed to be tuned to eadg but has to be tuned an octave higher the e and the a string have no sustain just a dull thud. The bridge is terrible very little adjustment when adjusted to correct height the saddles lean over.the instrument was not set up no neck relief. The instrument needs to be redesigned to take ubass strings as it is it is unplayable and i cannot recommend customer service superb

Volume on each string not balanced. instrument not setup at factory had to put relief in neck and adjust height. The string balance was not fixable.Overall it is a nice instrument and the customer service was superb
