The seller misrepresented shipping guidelines several times and lied about them having delivered the package to Fedex. I was communicative and clear that I needed the item for a specific date more than two weeks from the date I purchased the item, yet the seller procrastinated in shipping the item. For $30, you'd expect the item to arrive on time.

Sehr schöne Mütze zu sehr gutem Preis. Leider war die erste Sendung verloren gegangen, doch der Verkäufer war sehr bemüht eine Lösung zu finden. Ich habe heute die Nach-Lieferung erhalten und bin sehr zufrieden, auch wenn es insgesamt lange gedauert hatte. Aus meiner Sicht lag es an dem Versandunternehmen FedEx, nicht an dem Verkäufer.
