Item does not rotate and gets stuck. Seller did not provide return shipping label even after asking multiple times. They accept the return but only offer return address and not the label. We explained how this item was defective. Be careful when using this seller. Not recommended.

There is nothing wrong with this item, they work perfectly fine there is no way for it to fail. I tried explaining to you already you have took the wire from the end and not the beginning, this way it will snag on every rotation. We use these ourselves and they work perfectly. We send you a pre paid label and you have not sent us it back yet. Why is this?
