Worst eBay experience ever. It took 2 weeks for the seller to send me the DVDs, and they only sent it after I used the "Item has not arrived" option. Things got worse when I received it. Advertised as Brand new and description said there was some cover wear, but the product I received was heavily used and severely damaged. Every disc covered in scratches. I returned the DVDs, seller offers a partial refund because the used item they sent me was used. Got eBay involved to get a full refund.
