I did promptly get a refund, but I had to hunt down what said surprise credit was for that appeared in my bank account, as no communication occurred, including: we don't have the book you're waiting for. I can appreciate such things happening, but I'd never not communicate with somebody who gave me business, if such an incident occurred. Won't be choosing this buyer again. A simple note of apology and a heads up is such a little thing, but nope.
