    I am sorry that the postal service lost the item i refunded as soon as you sent me the extremely nasty email. In 24 years on Ebay i have never encountered such a horrible person. I explained what may have happened & rectified the problem i asked you to keep the shoes once they arrived as a gesture of goodwill. I never heard from you again until now months after I never gave excuses only facts what more can i do but refund you straight away as i did even after the abuse & threats you threw at me.
