Placed order, order confirmed, dispatch advised, when it had not arrived on due date contacted seller, who just refunded the product with no explanation. I can only assume they did not have the item in stock, took the order for accounting sales /cashflow purposes and then refunded once challenged, this was a gift for a colleague who was retiring and consequently their gift - as I had to source elsewhere was late. Very disappointed and would not rate this seller at all.
