Seller listed and took payment for an item that, according to the seller, sold several months ago. After more than a week without communication, I finally contacted the seller to inquire when the item might be shipped. Several days later, I received a reply that the item was no longer available for purchase as it sold three months ago.
Seller offered an alternate item or full refund. I chose the refund, which they processed within a day.
