I contacted Seller and asked for refund, and they said they would if I paid for shipping. Not fair, and not good business. Listing clearly described item as "New" at top of listing and did not include a picture of the panel with the "Sell By" date. Seller stated by safety standards purchase is fine to use. I even put them in the Exp Date spot for clearer visibility (as opposed to buried in the description which is all eBay requires). I do understand his unfounded trepidation in using the product despite FDA guidelines and offered to accept a return on a non-returnable item. Full refund, just asked him to cover one of the shipping costs. There is no dealing with the Unreasonable.
