Although there was a small bit of trouble in the beginning, asaiino was very communicative and honest about what happened and resolved our situation with detailed and quick communication despite the major time zone differences. Overall very profession and does a very good job.

The actual figures themselves arrived okay. The box was damaged and it was already opened; which was something the seller never communicated.
They assured me everything was brand new and they had to open it to check…
The figures didn’t have any form of plastic wrap inside the hard plastic holders which is rare for a brand new figure.
The seller did send a 20$ refund to compensate for the issues. If you do not plan on displaying the figures then I’d advise to find a different seller.
