The item was received in just 4 days internationally which was surprisingly much faster than the estimated arrival date of 2 weeks. Although the item was being sent directly from South Korea, item was received as used and missing some parts. After consulting with local KBBQ manager (where I first discovered the product) he confirmed that I was missing a critical part and that the product isn't the most reliable as they threw away 20 of their previously ordered 30 for the same reasons. Upsetting.

We clearly sent a new product! Since the product was shipped by air, there may have been an issue during shipping that made it look unsatisfactory.
