This seller sold me a signed 8x10 and tour vip box. The changed the photos of the item after I purchased so the signature of the item was completely different. The VIP box had a cd in it that was sealed when I purchased it but was changed after the purchase to a unsealed one. This seller also has almost 800 sales but knew nothing about customs duties that came up half way through delivery holding up the shipping for 10 days.

I shipped the item as shown in the photo, but I am leaving feedback that is not true.
I explained many times about the customs duty, but they refused to accept it for a long time.
