I emailed the seller and literally begged for my item as it was needed for a special viewing. This seller waits for a certain number of orders before dispatching as a bulk lot. They bring in staff when there is enough boxing up to cover a whole shift. This means you could wait seven to ten days for dispatch - life is too short and the directors of this company do not deserve their £300,000 of dividends for running such a poor online business - buy elsewhere to force them to improve.
