Where to start. Item never arrived initially.... So they said a replacement had been sent.... That didn't arrive.... They said they sent another..... That didn't arrive.... Refuse to send a replacement tracked so as to see where it ends up...Bigged up their track record of items and arriving on time.... Didn't happen on my transaction.... Just refused to commit to secure postage. Then refunded me when I pushed for this to be done..... Wasted a month of my time... Useless company

Arrived today, a little later than I was expecting. Tried to contact seller twice but no response. Otherwise ok. Cd was competitively priced though. Other than lack of communication, would probably buy again.
