Item was described as new but it was clearly used as these parts are not reusable. There are plastic rivets that get melted to secure the keyboard which means to remove the keyboard from one of these that is already installed on the part, they need to be broken off. this unit already had the rivets broken off so I had no way to use it to fix the device. I tried to reach out to the seller over a week ago and never heard back.

This fan was the exact one I needed that I could no longer find anywhere. Shipping was pretty fast taking into account where it was coming from. The fan came in good condition and works perfectly. Much thanks.
