Hi there. I purchased a suspension strut from you and received it a couple of weeks 6. On Thursday 23rd May the garage I use removed the old defective strut which would still stay up during driving but over 12 hours non driving would lower itself. My mechanics are all aware of jacking modes on Audi cars while dealing with suspension issues so the problem they have is that the remanufactured strut will not elevate at all. they are putting back the old strut to see the difference.

Despite having several conversations to resolve this. I was left astonished with the lack of sense and support from this seller. They sent me two Left side shocks, in an order labelled L&R. I was asked to provide unfair levels of photos, and was essentially offered no solution other than to buy another and be out of pocket from the process. And would have also meant being out of pocket another £300 whilst waiting for the other to be refunded.
