No goods sent or received as this was payment for an item that initially didn't turn up. Without requesting was had therefore been issued a refund. As a result I naturally assumed item wasn't coming and proceeded to order elsewhere. The item then turned up, a week and a half later. As I'm honest I contacted customer services and paid for the item once again. However, I consider this whole experience to be negative, being unnecessarily messed around due to poor communication and tracking.
