I purchased all three loading kits .Package arrived open and lost contense . Contacted seller but he said it was my problem . Another Overseas transaction goes bad. I think if it had been boxed up instead of put in a bag it would have made it intact. Glad I didn't order extras for our blackpowder shooters club ! No more out side USA purchases for me !

You forgot to mention that you received an opened package and didn’t sign a damage report upon delivery, instead signing off that the package was okay. This makes it impossible for me to get any compensation from USPS. When I offered a free replacement and only asked you to cover the second delivery cost (the first one was free for you), you declined. International shipping has nothing to do with this. If you don’t report the damage upon delivery, no insurance will cover your package.
