Since delivery status is no longer updated automatically in this buyer's area, I went to the post office to request an investigation.
I was told that the item arrived safely, but I contacted the buyer to ask about it just to be sure.
I was very happy to receive a message saying that it arrived safely and that they were enjoying their item!
