    Lousy customer service. Contacted the seller to ask to buy replacement balls as I’d lost one, to be told they didn’t sell them separately. So I had to spend £90+ on buying the whole item again.

    Hi there, thanks for your feedback. Sadly, we at present we only sell this item as a whole and our manufacturer does not offer replacment balls as singular items, so sorry about this. I can see you did send an enquiry previously about replacment balls and our customer team did advise you of this prior to your purchase.

    This was extremely well made and the colour of the 9ct was good (more like 18ct). Pity there isn’t a hallmark and some extra options such as cone instead of balls, different gauges and replacement ends (balls or cones). However, very comfortable and none of the metallic smell experienced with gold plated examples.
