Very positive. Purchasing fine art via eBay can be hit and miss, but this transaction was smooth. The item delivered was as promised/presented; the packaging was sturdy and appropriate (i.e., not overkill or overly costly); during and post-transaction, the seller was available, communicative and insightful--he was also patient as I waited for the piece to return from framing for final inspection/installation before this review. I would not hesitate to buy from seller in the future. A+ !
