- s***1 (4937)- 買家留下的信用評價。過去 1 個月購買已獲認證BUYER BEWARE!! Seller sent the wrong item (disc 2 instead of disc 1) and refused to pay for return shipping. I contacted ebay and due to their buyer's 100% satisfaction guarantee they refunded me the total amount of the disc with shipping. I normally trust sellers but since this episode I will be checking feedback from now on before I buy from someone. This seller does not seem to provide much in customer service; with a terse statement that they do not allow returns regardless of their mistakefocusedongaming 的回覆- 賣家 focusedongaming 回應的信用評價- 賣家 focusedongaming 回應的信用評價Not what happened buyer claimed I sent the wrong disc return was accepted they DID NOT return it they asked eBay to step in & since it was under $5 the refund was given had it been over $5 eBay would have forced the return I feel No return no refund. And no you were not refunded the purchase price plus shipping your shipping was free & you got to keep the item. And were is this statement that I don't allow return regardless of my mistake? FYI a return label was provided you never printed it....
