Didn't send by Royal Mail, uses Evri who everyone knows are useless. No tracking provided. They then say they lost the parcel. They offered to refund or replace, I requested replacements and they ignored that and refunded me. Told me to re-order from then, which is impossible because they ended the listing. What a joke of a company.

I was really pleased with the rug. But this seller does not like being asked anything relevant such as where is tracking and when is it coming. It was delivered just as I was on my way out by Evri instead of Royal Mail as per listing. I wasn’t expecting the item so lucky I was in. I felt misled as I don’t usually order from anyone using Evri. Tracking appeared after delivery! I appear to have been blocked by the seller so I am sorry for giving you my custom.
