The item I purchased was not of great quality and the headphones didn't actually cover the ears properly, they were faulty as soon as they arrived, a weird flicking on and off sound but in quick succession. So I can't use them ever probably so I lost out unfortunately.

The headphones are adjustable and you can adjust them to cover your ears. We have tested them as we test every item before sending it to customer and was working perfectly and didn't have any problem. You should have contacted us before leaving a negative feedback to help you. Thanks
