When I inquired with the seller after seeing that shipping and tracking was not being updated, the seller gave me a partial refund. Keep in mind, the late arrival was NOT the fault of the seller, but with the shipping. (USPS?). I appreciated the seller’s customer service and would purchase from the seller again.
