We've had too many international buyers buying this item and not reading the listing description where it says these are mailed with stamps, and asking for tracking then opening dispute cases shortly after and not waiting 4-6 weeks for item arrival and scamming us, getting refunds plus the merchandise. We explained to this customer that we have been forced to mandate tracking for these items for international buyers going forward to end this scam. Customer doesn't like new policy.
