Oil pan arrived with damaged drain plug threads and was poorly repaired. This was not mentioned in the description anywhere. Emailed them twice and never got a response in 3 days. Finally responded to me when I put in for a return. Unfortunately it was too late as I ordered another pan elsewhere. Something I learned a long time ago. Most transactions go smoothly, when something doesn't, how you take care of the customer separates the good from the bad. This company failed on that.
