Good communicator. Swift delivery. Well-packed in a sturdy cardboard box. True to scale. Excellent details. Requires a wee bit of bending in warm water. Assembly requires skilled hands. Fun to paint. I suggest painting everything first, then assembling it all, then touching up where required. Because of tight overlapping, painting after assembly could result in a splotchy paint job, even from a skilled painter.
