1. The seller did not bother to take the trouble to combine shipping fee, instead, he requested I pay all the uncombined shipping fee first and then refund. 2. I did not hesitate to follow his suggestion based on the assumption that he will only charge this time on the same level as that in our previous purchase. 3.
