After almost ten days following sale with no action, seller was contacted for status inquiry. Seller admitted to not having item new as described and suggested discount. After proposing the price of the used item seller also offering, Seller doubled the price of that listing. Seller then demanded purchase of additional items to make shipping worth their while, tho shipping already in sale of original item. Seller then delayed an additional week, the opening of eBay reporting window, to refund.
