Ordered the item, waited a week since "dispatched" and never turned up, however after contacting the seller they provided a full refund so 5 stars for communication and the apology. However I give the dispatch time a 1 star and it would be zero, because I never got the item, I feel this is fair considering the circumstances. Thanks for the refund.
