PLEASE NOTE, When you receive your package, BEFORE accepting it from the delivery agency, please inspect the exterior of the box for any visible damage or defects. This can include large dents, water marks, indication of crushing etc. If there is any damage report it to the delivery agency. Also, as soon as possible after delivery, please inspect all items that were delivered. Again, if there is any damage please report this to your delivery agency as soon as possible.
It is important that any correspondence from your delivery agency is kept for future reference. A copy of this must be sent to PRO-FIBER so an investigation can be launched, also, please be sure that the correspondence from your delivery agency includes a reference number. If you do not perform the above upon receipt of your package, it will be very hard for PRO-FIBER to investigate and action any issues.
Customer must contact us via email in 48 hours after item(s) received. Please notify us with your decision to return. Refund will be done if item is not as described in this listing or wrong item was send. The item must be complete, unused and in 'as received' condition and packaged well. Customer will receive a full refund minus the postage charges, once we receive the item. Customer must pay costs for the return postage, which must be recorded signed for and insured.
