The regular bolt provided couldn’t properly tighten and it scratched my car horribly in the first picture. Buyer offered a $5 refund for the bolt, when I told them I’ll except the $5 refund they threatened to not send me it. I haven’t received my bolt or refund. This seller has multiple stores on here selling the same roof rack for the G-Wagon.
