Pad that was shipped is not even close to color advertised and quality is so-so. Seller stated it was a lighting issue that was throwing the color off but agreed to full refund after I sent several photos in various lighting. After couple days with no refund issued I reached out again and seller had changed their mind on the refund. This seller is using images from Erin Rhea Show Pads to falsely advertise their product. Do yourself a favor and just order from Erin Rhea.

The seller asked to cancel the order because he didn’t meet the saddle specifications as mentioned, but I can’t cancel it because it is too late to cancel. I asked the seller to ship the saddle any how but no response.
