    The chips were smaller than I anticipated, which is not necessarily a deal-breaker (the colors are beautiful). However, they arrived on thin, frayed/rotten string. I didn't even get it out of the box before tiny tanzanite chips started raining down on the table. I'm just glad I was holding it over the table and not the floor; otherwise, I may never have gotten all the chips out of the carpet.
