Product arrived on time and in excellent condition, however there were a few small creases and bends and also things like sku/product stickers that were left on and cannot be safely removed anymore without possibly damaging the manga cover. I would say the manga volumes I received were closer to excellent used condition than "like new", but I am still happy with my purchase and I would recommend purchasing from this seller.

Shipping was unexpectedly fast from Japan to USA. Item condition was accurately described, good price, and the items were very well packaged.
